We want to make sure that your orders get to you as soon and simply as possible. The stock is held in Poland, from where all orders are dispatched.
Are items in your purchase in stock?
The majority of items are in stock at our warehouse in Poland, however some may require delivery from the manufacturer’s warehouse. It could take up to 2-3 business days.
If the items in your order are not in stock, we will order them from the manufacturer. Your order will be processed the following business day after we receive it.
Your order may also include items from various vendors / brands, some of which may or may not be in stock. When we receive your order, we will check the availability and notify you.
It’s also possible that some items will be discontinued; in that case, your order will be adjusted, and we’ll let you know which items we can still ship. We will refund your order in full or in part if the product is discontinued and we are unable to supply it.
We appreciate your patience as we handle your order.
We will do our best to fulfill your order, however most of the logistics are beyond of our control.
Delivery to EU countries & non-EU countries
We ship to every country in the European Union. We also ship outside of the EU. At the bottom of the page, please confirm that delivery to your country is available.
Due to the difficulties in clearing customs or the unpredictability of delivery to a non-EU country, we retain the right to refuse the delivery.

The destination country, the courier service, the weight, and the size of the package all affect delivery costs. Before any money is taken, your shipping cost will be determined during the checkout process.
The entire procedure might take up to two weeks. Please be patient while we process your order.
The majority of these logistics is beyond our control, however we will try our best to accommodate your order.
International delivery charges
Some shipments may be large in size because there are many outfits or pants that might easily weigh over one kilogram.
The cost of international delivery varies depending on the weight and location. Your delivery fee will be computed during the checkout process before money is collected based on current rates.

For Order items valued equal or greater than €190 (or its equivalent in $, £) the Price of the goods includes delivery to EU country (including Finland) by Finnish postal service (Posti).
For Order items valued less than €190 (or its equivalent in $, £) or where the Customer opts for an improved delivery service or where the Customer’s address is outside the EU or UK, the Customer shall pay the Company’s delivery charges as quoted on the website on the date of placing the order.
Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of your parcel. If the cost of sending your parcel exceeds the standard charge we have implemented for your region, we will not ask you to pay the revised cost.
When we despatch your parcel
Every effort will be made to despatch the goods within a reasonable time period.
We shall endeavour to despatch your order without any delay after receiving the payment for the Order and once we get all items in stock.
Despatching of the Order is only done after authorization and capture of your payment or after we receive the order payment to our bank account.
We never capture the payment if we are not sure that the product in you order is in stock.
That results in easy money return by the way of void or reversal in case of credit cards and refund in case of PayPal. The money usually returns to your account the same day.
Within a few hours of the order being placed, we typically check the availability. The authorized sum will be promptly refunded if we are unable to provide the merchandise.
Export Terms
Where the goods are supplied for export from the warehouse in Poland, you will be liable for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the import of products into the country of destination and for the payment of any import duties or taxes which are levied on them.
Customs declaration and commercial invoice are required for orders shipping outside the EU. As a result, preparing these orders to despatch takes longer than preparing EU orders.
Please note that you may also be required to pay import duties and/or taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any other charges for customs clearance are your sole responsibility.
If you order from UK
Please note that you’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay.
You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 unless they’re gifts over £39. Read more here.
Before placing a purchase order on our website, please carefully verify the customs regulations for your place of destination on your own.
Despatch and Delivery Information
You will be presented with a variety of courier options specific to your destination country when you check out on the website. You can choose the courier service whose cost and delivery schedule work best for you.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage you experience as a result of a reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery since it is beyond our control.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide on our website when you place the order.
If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the products, you will be notified by the courier service in your country of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.
Please note!
Both the items in the order as well as the shipping charges will not be refunded to you if you fail to receive the parcel with your purchase within the allotted time frame and the parcel is returned to us.
The item is returned to the sender if the receiver fails or refuses to receive it for whatever reason, despite the courier service contacting him/her at the address and other contact details specified in the Purchase order.
In this instance, the sender is not liable for the undeliverable package and is not obligated to reimburse the buyer for the amount of the order, including shipping costs.
Please be aware that under these circumstances it is us who are responsible for the cost of the package return.
You will become the owner of the products you ordered and responsible for risk of loss or damage to them once they have been delivered to you. From the moment of delivery, you will be responsible for the products.
Our Delivery Options
Target Delivery Times (EU):Â Usually 6-8 working days if all products are in stock
Target Delivery Times (outside EU):Â 10-12 working days if all products are in stock
However, it may take longer during busy times or logistics problems.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend an order please text to +358 50 5600684, +358 465791038 (or text over WhatsUp) as soon as possible so we can change the order prior to despatch.
Regretfully, once your order has started processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled. You must wait then until you get the order and then follow the Cancellation/Returns Policy section of this guide.

Do I have to register to place the order?
You do not need to register an account on our website to place an order. We offer a guest checkout option. However, whilst placing the order, you will have to provide all billing and delivery information.
Cancellation/Returns Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase from ChirpyZeal.com, however we recognize that there may be occasions when you need to return an item to us for whatever reason.
You may cancel your order prior to the start of order processing and shipping by emailing to hello@chirpyzeal.com with your order number, date, amount paid and reason for cancellation.
You should do it as soon as possible after placing your order.

The beginning of ‘Order processing’ means placing an order with the manufacturer, which obligates us to pay for the ordered items. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has begun processing or has been dispatched.
The manufacturer’s policy governs our return policies regarding items that were sold and used by the customer
- Lingerie and underwear products can not be returned
- Products sold more than 1 month ago can not be returned no matter what the reason is
- Items must always be returned after informing our Returns department, which must then consult with the manufacturer. The objective for this is to identify exactly what is wrong with the clothing
- Shipping expenses are not refundable
- The customer is liable for return shipping fees
- Items returned by the customer without prior consent will not be refunded and can only be returned to the customer at his expense
- If an item is submitted to us outside of the 1 month returns policy timeframe and is thus ineligible for a refund or credit, we may charge a 10 eur administrative fee for processing the invalid return. We will also charge the full postal costs, including packaging and VAT, to return the item to you.
If an item develops a flaw due to a manufacturing or materials defect after 14 days but within 1 month, we will be able to issue a refund for that product if it is judged defective.
Please keep in mind that if an item develops a defect because of misuse or user damage rather than a manufacturing fault or shortfall, we will be unable to exchange or refund your purchase.
Faulty or damaged goods
We endeavour to package our items so that they arrive securely to you. However, if an item you get is damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. Please send us photos at hello@chirpyzeal.com proving that the item(s) were damaged.
In the event that the images demonstrate that the items were damaged during shipping, we will ask you to submit the damaged items to the location we will provide.
Once we have received the package that you shipped, we will pay your postage costs for returning damaged merchandise.
When we have received and processed your returned item at our Returns facilities, we will be able to reimburse the item(s).
Your card or other payment method that was used to complete the purchase order payment will be refunded.
Incorrect products
Shipment and packing staff constantly works hard to guarantee that your order with right items reaches you as soon as possible.
If you get an erroneous item as a consequence of our error, please notify us immediately so that we may make arrangements to return product(s) and send you the right ones.
How to return item(s)

Please do not return products unless you have received your returns instructions and the return address details, as some items may need to be sent straight to the manufacturer.
All postage costs incurred by you in returning must be paid by you. We will refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or is due to a faulty product.
When you return an item to us, you do so at your own risk until we get it. As a result, we recommend that you return the item to us through tracked shipping with enough insurance or protection for loss and/or damage to the product.
Please use appropriate packaging to keep the goods safe. You are responsible for the merchandise until it is returned to us.
You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product packaging and used the product unless the item revealed manufacturing fault.
Please keep in mind that if an item develops a defect because of misuse or user damage rather than a manufacturing fault or shortfall, we will be unable to exchange or refund your purchase.
However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
After the returned goods are verified to have been damaged as a result of the manufacturer’s fault, the company will reimburse the customer for the purchase price within 30 days of the return being received. If returned goods were damaged by overuse or on intent, the price of the items and shipping costs to send them to us will not be reimbursed.
Our return policy does not apply to some items, such as lingerie, t-shirts, and undergarments, because of sanitary concerns or the nature of the product.

If an item is returned to us that was not purchased from us but rather from another vendor, no refund or exchange will be provided. We retain the right to impose a 10 eur administration fee. We will also charge shipping costs for returning the wrongly returned item(s) to the sender.
